What we collect
Only what we need to answer you and to run your presence and platforms: your name, email address, anything you choose to write in a form, and the account and service records created when you become a customer.
Why we collect it
- To reply to enquiries and prepare a proposal.
- To create and operate your account and services.
- To send messages about work in progress, renewals, and account security.
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations.
What we do not do
We do not sell or rent your details. We do not add advertising trackers to the sites and platforms we build for you. We do not send marketing you did not ask for.
Who else is involved
We use a small number of providers to host infrastructure, deliver email, and process payments. They may only handle your information to deliver the service to you, under contract.
How long we keep it
Enquiry messages are kept while they are useful, then removed. Account and billing records are kept for as long as the law requires. You may ask us to delete anything that is not legally required.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us through the contact page and a person will answer.
