What we provide

We help you secure an address, build a presence and any platforms around it, and keep the whole thing running. The exact parts and the price are agreed in writing before work begins.

Ownership

Addresses are registered in your name. Your content stays yours and remains exportable. We keep the rights to our own tools and infrastructure.

Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate details and the right to use anything you supply.
• Keep your account credentials to yourself.
• Do not use anything we run for unlawful or harmful purposes.

Payment and renewals

Work is quoted before it starts. Addresses and ongoing services renew on a recurring basis, and we tell you before a renewal is charged. Unpaid services may be suspended after notice.

Availability

We work to keep everything running and to fix problems quickly, but no service is faultless. Planned maintenance is announced when it may be noticeable.

Ending the arrangement

You may stop at any time. We will help you move your address and export your content rather than making it difficult. Amounts already earned remain payable.
